You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

You can request deletion of your Easy Ad Promotion account and the personal data linked to it (user or vendor account) at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@easyadpromotion.com with the subject Delete my EAP account.
- Include the phone number registered in the app and say whether it is a User or Vendor account.
- We may reply to confirm it is really you (for example by asking you to confirm from the registered number).
- We delete the account within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Profile (name, email, phone number, profile details) and sign-in sessions
- Location / area preferences and push-notification token
- Vendor business details and uploaded ad photos / videos
- Survey answers, likes and feedback linked to your account
- Saved bank / UPI payout details
What may be kept
- Payment, wallet and withdrawal transaction records, kept for the period required by law and for accounting / fraud prevention. Where possible these are disconnected from your identity.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
Please withdraw any wallet balance you want before requesting deletion; remaining balance cannot be recovered after the account is deleted. See how withdrawals work.
