Terms of Use – Easy Ad Promotion

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Easy Ad Promotion (“EAP”) Android app (package com.easyadpromotion.app) and the website easyadpromotion.com. The service is provided by EASY AD PROMOTION, a proprietorship of Chukka Appala Naidu, Visakhapatnam, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract in India.
You sign in with a one-time password sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account and must give correct information.
One person may hold one account of each type. Creating multiple or fake accounts is not allowed.

3. Vendors

Vendors may run ad campaigns for lawful products and services they are entitled to advertise.
Ads must not be misleading, offensive, infringing, or related to anything illegal, and must not contain content you do not have rights to use. We may review, reject, pause or remove any ad.
Campaign charges are deducted from the vendor wallet. GST at 18% applies to campaign charges.
Delivery of views, likes or responses depends on real user activity in the targeted area; we do not guarantee any particular result or sales.

4. Viewers and rewards

Viewers earn rewards only for genuine, eligible actions as shown in the app. Using bots, scripts, emulators, repeated or fake responses, or any other manipulation is prohibited.
We may withhold, adjust or reverse rewards that we reasonably believe arise from fraud, error or breach of these terms.

5. Wallet, payments and withdrawals

The EAP wallet is an in-app balance used for campaigns and rewards. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
Vendor payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Withdrawals need saved bank details and a minimum balance of Rs 150. Payouts are made only to a bank account in your own name, after our review.
You are responsible for entering correct bank details and for any taxes on your earnings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no hacking or probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, reverse engineering, harassment, spam, impersonation, or uploading malicious or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The EAP name, logo, app and website belong to us. Vendors keep ownership of the ads they upload but give us a licence to store, display and distribute them within EAP for the campaign.

8. Suspension and deleting your account

You can stop using EAP at any time and can ask us to delete your account as described on the delete account page. Please withdraw any eligible wallet balance first. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraud.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by third-party services such as payment, SMS or hosting providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we will notify significant changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
