Easy Ad Promotion (“EAP”, “we”, “us”) is operated by EASY AD PROMOTION, a proprietorship of Chukka Appala Naidu, Visakhapatnam, India. This policy explains what information the EAP Android app and this website collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Who uses EAP
Users watch ads, answer surveys, like ads and give feedback, and earn wallet rewards that can be withdrawn. Vendors (businesses) create ad campaigns, pay for them, and view campaign analytics.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To show relevant ads to users and report results to vendors.
- To credit rewards, process payments and withdrawals, and keep financial records.
- To send service notifications.
- To detect fraud, abuse and multiple-account misuse, and to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase – database, file storage and server functions (data hosted in Mumbai, India).
- Cashfree Payments – collecting vendor payments and sending withdrawals.
- 2Factor – delivering OTP text messages to your phone number.
- Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging – delivering push notifications.
- Google Places – searching and selecting locations / areas.
- Vercel – hosting this website.
Vendors see aggregated results about their campaigns (for example views, likes, survey answers and the feedback you submit on their ad). Vendors do not receive your phone number or bank details. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
5. Ads
The ads in EAP are campaigns created by vendors using EAP. Ads are shown based on the area you are in and your profile details; we do not share your personal identity with advertisers.
6. Data security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Access to the database is restricted by server-side authorisation and access rules, and payment and payout actions are performed only by our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time – see how to delete your account. We complete verified requests within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction and payment records for as long as the law or accounting and fraud-prevention requirements demand; these are kept only for that purpose.
8. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent for location use (through your phone settings), and turn off notifications in your phone settings. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.
9. Children
EAP is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; significant changes will be notified in the app.
